Validate Buyer Requirement analyses a buyer requirement (RFQ) that you paste in and returns a verdict (Proceed, Proceed with Caution or Don't Proceed), a score out of 10, red, orange and green flags, a reply template and pricing and negotiation tips. Results are produced by automated analysis and can be incomplete or wrong. Results are guidance for information only and are not legal, financial or trade advice; verify the buyer and the deal yourself before acting.

The requirement text you paste may contain a buyer's details (such as names, company, contact details, quantities or prices). It is stored with your run and is sent to our analysis service to produce your result. Only paste text you are entitled to share, and remove details you do not want processed.

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for lawful business purposes. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

The service runs on prepaid credits. Each requirement check consumes the number of credits shown in the app. Credits are deducted when a run starts and are returned automatically only when the run can't be started because our analysis service is unavailable or rejects the request, returns an invalid response, or the run can't be saved. Once a run starts processing, its credits are used; later processing failures are not refunded automatically. You can email us with the run details for review. Credits do not expire and accumulate across purchases. Prices and the applicable GST treatment shown at checkout apply to that purchase; we may change plan pricing for future purchases at any time. Free credits granted on signup or as goodwill carry no cash value and are not refundable.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and banking details are entered on the gateway and are not received by us. Credits are added to your balance once Razorpay confirms the payment. If a payment succeeds but credits are not reflected, contact us with your payment reference and we will reconcile it.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the service; do not resell or share access; do not republish results in bulk or use the service to build data sets for onward sale.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third parties (hosting, data and analysis providers, payment gateway) and may be affected by their outages or by planned maintenance.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost business, lost opportunities or decisions made on the basis of a result. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently. Unused credits on an account terminated for breach are forfeited.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
