Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to run the service:

• Account details — your name, mobile number and the email address you register with.
• Requirement text — the buyer requirement you paste for a check. It may contain a buyer's details (such as names, company, contact details, quantities or prices). It is stored with the run and is sent to our analysis service to produce your result.
• Results — the verdict, score and analysis generated for each check, kept in your history.
• Billing records — plan purchased, amount, currency, tax breakdown and the payment reference returned by our payment gateway.
• Usage records — credit debits, refunds and top-ups, run status and timestamps.

To authenticate you, generate the results you request, maintain your credit balance and purchase history, provide support, and detect or prevent abuse and fraud. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Results are guidance for information only, not legal, financial or trade advice.

We share the minimum data necessary with providers that operate parts of the service: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, our analysis service that produces your results (it receives the requirement text you paste), and Razorpay for payment processing.

Razorpay handles payment processing. Payment card and banking details are entered directly on the gateway's own payment page and are never received or stored by us.

Run history and account data are retained while your account is active. Billing and tax records are retained as long as required by law. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing kapil@growwgenie.com.

Access is protected by authentication, and database rules restrict every record to the account that owns it. Administrative actions are checked on the server, not only in the interface. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

You can access and correct your profile from Settings → Profile, review your results in your run history, and request correction or deletion of your data by contacting us. We respond within 1–2 business days.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to keep your unsent requirement draft in your browser. Technical error reports may be sent to our hosting platform so we can fix problems. We do not run advertising trackers.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
